Started in 2000, Transitions Counseling LLC is a unique counseling practice focused solely on grief and loss issues -- issues such as death, illness, disability, breakups, job loss, or divorce.
I accept many insurances including:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield/Anthem (most plans)
Cigna
Humana (non-military policies)
Network Health Plan (non-Medicare plans)
UMR
United Healthcare
I CANNOT accept Medicaid, Badgercare, Medicare, Arise, Common Ground or WPS insurances at this time.
I encourage you to call your insurance company to find out if I am covered before you come in for your first session. If you need help with this, I am happy to help you.
I also accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and Health Services Account cards although a fee may be charged if you use a card.
Private pay clients are normally charged $90 per hour.
